Booking Conditions

· Prices range from £330 per to week to £500 per week.

· The rates are inclusive of bedding, towels, electricity, c/heating, logs for the wood burner, Freeview TV and broadband internet access. Basic cleaning materials are provided. 

· We offer weekly, fortnightly and short breaks. It is always worth calling for last minute availability. We try to be as flexible as possible.

· The cottage is generally rented on a week-to-week basis from Saturday to Saturday. Start date is usually Saturday however we are pleased to consider alternative start dates if bookings permit.

· Availability is shown on the website but for confirmation please e-mail or call and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

· The cottage is intended to sleep 4 people within the main double bedroom and a twin bedroom . An extra 1 or 2 people can also be accommodated, at a push, on a sofa bed in the living room. 

· A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

· Well behaved pets are welcome but by prior arrangement only. 

· Entry is at 4pm on the day of your arrival and the cottage should be vacated by 10am on the day you leave.

Payment

· A non refundable deposit of 10% of the total rental price is required on booking.

· Payment in full is required 1 weeks before the start date of the holiday

· Facilities are available for online payment by credit card or PayPal

· Phone, email or write to us detailing the dates you wish to stay .

· We will send you a booking form either by email or in the post.

· We then ask that you return to us the completed form and a cheque for 10% of the rental price as a deposit.

· Booking is secured upon receiving your signed booking form together with your deposit cheque.
